近年、医療行為による脳のAβ病理変化の個体間伝播の可能性が報告されています。当教室の濵口Drらは、幼少期に脳外科手術歴がある若年発症の脳アミロイドアンギオパチー関連脳出血の2症例を報告し、Journal of the Neurological Sciences誌のオンライン版に掲載されました。
